"You don’t have to be at a certain level or have a special title to help other people. No matter what position you are currently at, you have the ability to have positive impact on the people around you."
I was hesitant to write "Mentor" in my LinkedIn headline, at first. I was not sure if I had enough experience or clout to start sharing anything with other people in my career. Then one day, I was reading an article on LinkedIn and saw the quote above.
That same day, I put the wheels in motion for something I'm calling the 100 ID Community. I posted this on Linkedin, explaining my intentions for the challenge. The post was seen by over 2700 people! Since then, I've connected with over 30 aspiring or new Instructional Designers and hosted 4 livestreams in just under 3 weeks.
It is my hope that the network I cultivate will grow into the thriving "100 IDs Community" where we can uplift each other, and support the kind of knowledge sharing that helps people succeed.

Mentorship will be open to EVERYONE.
That being said - my ultimate goal is to help 100 women-of-color enter the L&D space in the next 5 years. Are you interested in entering the Learning and Development field as a:
